Ingredients

  • 20 frozen dumplings

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 green onion chopped

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onion to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  • 3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer with space between each.
  • 4. Pour water into the pan, cover immediately with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
