Ingredients
20 frozen dumplings
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 green onion chopped

Directions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onion to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.
- 2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- 3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer with space between each.
- 4. Pour water into the pan, cover immediately with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
- 5. Remove the lid and let the dumplings fry until the bottoms are golden and crispy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 6. Transfer dumplings to a plate and serve hot with the prepared dipping sauce.

Notes
- For a gluten-free version, substitute soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos. Store leftover cooked dumplings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a skillet over medium heat to restore crispiness. Serve these dumplings with steamed jasmine rice or a light cucumber salad for a complete meal.
