Easy to prepare, they deliver restaurant-quality excitement right at home.
Ingredients
500g chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

Directions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2. Set up two shallow dishes: one with all purpose flour and another with beaten eggs.
- 3. Dip each chicken piece first into the flour, then into the eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet to 180C (350F).
- 5. Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. While the chicken fries, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a large bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- 7. Remove the fried chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 8. Add the fried chicken to the bowl with the sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
- 9. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
- For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 10 minutes to restore crispiness. Serve these chicken bites with steamed jasmine rice, a fresh salad, or as a party appetizer with extra bang bang sauce for dipping.
