Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen potstickers (about 20 pieces)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 cup sliced carrots

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 green onions sliced

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 190C (375F).
  • 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large oven safe skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  • 4. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, broth, and cornstarch until smooth.
  • 6. Arrange potstickers evenly over the vegetables in the skillet.
  • 7. Pour the sauce mixture over the potstickers, then cover with foil.
  • 8. Bake for 15 minutes, remove foil, and bake for 10 more minutes until sauce is bubbly and potstickers are cooked through.
