Ingredients
400 g spaghetti
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
100 g feta cheese crumbled

Directions
- 1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- 2. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4. Stir in paprika and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce.
- 6. If needed, add some pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley and crumbled feta.
- 9. Serve immediately.

Notes
- For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and omit cheese or use vegan feta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently in a pan with a splash of water. Serve with a side of fresh salad or crusty bread to soak up the flavorful sauce.
